Joe Wilson, a member of the U.S. Congress representing South Carolina’s 2nd district since 2001, shared his views on various international issues through a series of tweets in February 2025. His remarks touched on topics related to Pakistan, Lebanon, and Israel.

On February 20, Wilson expressed his stance on Pakistan's political situation, addressing its military leadership. He stated: "Gen Asim Munir, de facto military ruler of Pakistan, go back to the barracks, end military rule, and Free Imran Khan!"

Later that day, he commented on Lebanese politics in relation to Hezbollah's leader. Wilson tweeted: "Any Lebanese politician who attends the funeral of the murderous terrorist Hasan Nasrallah is standing with the Iranian Regime."

On February 21, Wilson reacted to an incident involving Israeli victims. He wrote: "A cheering crowd of depraved monsters sent back the bodies of two murdered babies in locked coffins without their mother. One cannot fathom the pain of Yarden Bibas. The civilized world must stand with Israel against this evil."
