Benjamin Kirby, PharmD, holds a Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacist Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate for Acute Care, and Austin Gore, PharmD, BCIDP, is a BPS Board Certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist®.
