We’re honored to recognize Rhonda Platt, RN, BSN, Heart Attack and Heart Failure Coordinator, as our November Service Excellence Nursing Award Winner! Rhonda helps ensure our patients have a smooth transition of care from hospital to home, and she really takes the time to listen to and get to know her patients. If you ask Rhonda about her patients, she has a unique story for just about each one, all because she takes the time to make a personal connection with her patients. This is the same reason her patients are successful in their care plans. They know they can trust Rhonda for her expert advice, and are confident she will help them with the resources needed. We are extremely thankful to have such a well-rounded and thoughtful person like Rhonda caring for our cardiac patients in this position and on our team!
