Census Bureau: More women than men in Jackson in 2019

Of the 1,925 people living in Jackson in 2019, 55.6 percent (1,070) were women and 44.4 percent (855) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Aiken Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 615-to-518. In the 65 and over age range, there were 208 females and 191 males.
