City of Greenwood issued the following announcement on April 5.
City of Greenwood offices will be closed on Friday, April 15th, in observance of Good Friday. All emergency services will operate on a normal schedule. The City of Greenwood will NOT collect residential sanitation on Friday, April 15th. Makeup day will be Wednesday, April 13th. In Addition, Greenwood County will NOT collect recycling on Friday, April 15th. Make up day will be Monday, April 18th.
Both Landfill and all Convenience Centers will be OPEN on Friday, April 15th.
