Joe Wilson, a member of the U.S. Congress representing South Carolina's 2nd district since 2001, has recently shared his views on international affairs through a series of tweets. Known for his strong opinions, Wilson replaced Floyd Spence in Congress and has been vocal about global political issues.

On March 18, 2025, Joe Wilson expressed concerns over Russian actions in Ukraine. He stated that "War criminal Putin has already broken the agreement and insulted President Trump. Putin’s forces targeted power systems in Sloviansk with guide bombs and attacks continue across Ukraine now. Putin does not want peace, he wants Ukraine."

The following day, March 19, 2025, Wilson commented on the political situation in Georgia. He emphasized the determination of Georgian citizens by tweeting that "The Georgian people are clear in their unyielding demands for non-rigged elections. They will not let their nation be exploited and their futures stolen by CCP sellout crooks who criminalize associating with America." He concluded with a message of solidarity: "We stand with #FreeGeorgia #MEGOBARI "

Later on March 19, Wilson expressed gratitude towards Secretary Hegseth for addressing security concerns in Iraq. He tweeted: "Grateful that @SecHegseth has told Iraq’s Prime Minister Sudani about the need to immediately dismantle Iran backed puppet militias funded by Iraq." He also remarked on President Trump's stance: "President Trump doesn’t joke around and Iraq should heed his warnings." Concluding confidently, he added: "I told you Trump would fix it!"
