AIKEN, SC – The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department report that effective immediately, Crosland Park Playground, located at 1676 Aldrich St., NE, and Kalmia Hill Park, located at 3311 Summit Drive, Aiken, SC, has temporarily closed to undergo replacement of the playground equipment. While the contracted work will take place intermittently between the two locations, signs will be posted notifying the public that the entire park is temporarily inaccessible while undergoing construction.
The estimated date for completion of the work is June 1.
