City of Greenwood issued the following announcement on February 15.
City of Greenwood offices will be closed on Monday, February 21st, in observance of Presidents’ Day. All emergency services will operate on a normal schedule. The City of Greenwood will NOT collect residential sanitation on Monday, February 21st. Makeup day will be Wednesday, February 23rd. In Addition, Greenwood County will NOT collect recycling on Monday, February 21st. Make up day will be Friday, February 18th.
Both Landfill and all Convenience Centers will be OPEN on Monday, February 21st.
